Myatt Hancock - President
Myatt Hancock is the President of Hancock Mortgage Partners, LLC. He brings more than thirty years of entrepreneurial and business experience to the company - including over fifteen years of commercial banking involvement.
He has been responsible for building and growing several different companies from the ground-up that each generated multi-million dollar annual revenues. At HMP, he leads a strong management staff with many years of experience in the mortgage industry. He holds Bachelors' degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas.
Keith Barrett - Executive Vice President
Keith Barrett is the Executive Vice President for Hancock Mortgage Partners, LLC. He has worked in the mortgage industry for over thirty years and was a top producing Loan Officer. In 1991 Keith founded Trenton Mortgage, Inc. Keith spent the next two decades building his company to one of the premier mortgage companies in the Houston metro area. In 2002 Trenton Mortgage became a Mortgage Banking concern. At its peak Trenton Mortgage had funding in excess of $120 million per year, with over 21 employees. In December 2009 Trenton Mortgage merged into Hancock Mortgage Partners. At Hancock Mortgage, Keith is responsible for the management of daily operations including personnel management, secondary, underwriting and fulfillment.
Jonathan Fowler - Senior Vice President

Jonathan has directed national production in 50 states and has managed branch office services and national production initiatives. He has been helping retail mortgage branch managers redefine the meaning of success for more than 14 years. He has a knack for bringing the right people to the right opportunity, making it possible for them to not only expand their mortgage businesses, but also to grow personally and professionally as they positively impact their communities.
Jonathan manages all national branch recruiting and overall expansion. He works to develop policies and procedures for recruiting, vetting, hiring and retaining top mortgage branch managers. He acts as the company liaison for new branch business planning, opening and production development within the company guidelines.
